The Phillies won the World Series! I left the city eight years ago, and so much has changed, including the sports fans, who are clearly trying to be very green in their championship celebration looting and pillaging: there's a report that fans tried to set fire to an SUV outside Citizens Bank Park before moving on to flip over a Ford Explorer. Another change, of course, is that the Phillies now actually close out a World Series, unlike in 1993.
Now maybe they can take down that little Billy Penn figurine from the Comcast Center, the giant USB stick in Center City.
